It provides the world’s #1 Customer Relationship Management software and applications that centre on customer service, marketing automation and analytics. Since 2020, I’ve been supporting the APAC team with event communications, internal communications, website copy and LinkedIn promotions. I love how fun and friendly their tone of voice is, how clear the organisation is on its customer personas, and how dedicated each team member is to delivering high-quality work every time.
